mothers day

Mum and I went shopping a few days ago at Te Awa. We wanted to spend time together.
It was very sunny. There were lots of people there. Mum and I went to Farmers first. There were lots of clothes and toys there.
Next, we went to Smiggles. I got lots of rubbers and cool toys. They were sensitive and funny looking.
Next, we went to lunch. We both got pita pit. It was yummy. 
Next, we went home. 
It was an awesome day. I love my mummy very much and she loves me very much too xoxo

MeerKats

Bang! Bang! Bang! As we banged on the wall a meerkat ran sneakily up to us.

The class was at the zoo because we had filled up the marble jar and because we were really good at school and it was a really really big day. We went last Tuesday.

Another meerkat ran to the door. He was waiting for his food. The zoo keeper opened the door and gently pushed the little rascal to the side. The zoo keeper held their food in a couple of boxes. The meerkats were all jumping up and waiting for their food. The zoo keeper put their food down on the rocky ground then we started asking her questions.

I loved being at the zoo because it was fun and I got to spend the day with all my friends. I think I want to be a zoo keeper.

He liked walking on the beach. He liked whittling his slingshot.
He hated school.
One day,
- didn't go to school
- went to the beach
- pirates came
- stole him and the other girls and boys
- sold him in Ireland to Milchu
- was a shepherd - looked after sheep and pigs (swine)
- started talked to God - trusted God and was happy
- One night, heard God talking to him - told him to go the a ship
- when he was on board, - big storm - ship grounded in France
- crew starving
- Patrick asked God for help
- God sent him pigs and an apple tree- ate pork dinner and apple sauce

one day there was a man could patrick and he lived in Ireland.He hated school but he loved the beach. one day he skiped school and went to the beach but then a big sadow came up be hind him and he froze there was a pirate ship that had must of swooped into the cove the pirates jamped off board and they graded every young little girl and boy they took the little boys and little girls and took them on to there creaking ship and they took patrick too. when they reached lreland the captives we were sold at a marketplace .

Swimming Sports

The siren went. Everyone got into their houses. The first race began .I was in the first race so was Piper. Bang! Mr Emms clapped the bricks together. Off we went! We were all doing our best. I won! I won two races. Piper won one, then it was the big kids turn. 

Jasmine won nearly all of them. St Ann was coming second then it was the adults versus the children race. The children won. St Ann won the cup but St Anthony won the relays.

The Rocket

I was feeling scared, but I kept on running.

Yesterday, I had a lot of fun. Room 4 had swimming practice and it was the last one. It was really, really fun! We got to go on a rocket. The rocket was red and wobbly. I had three turns. I kept on running until I fell off, then I jumped back into line. Everyone had a turn, but then I heard Mrs Thomson call out, "Everyone, hop out of the pool." Everyone went to the changing rooms. We took a little while then we all got a lollipop. I got a purple one; so did Piper, then we started walking back to school. 

World of Maths

Ring! Ring! The bell rang. That meant it was time for World of Maths. We all lined up. The doors opened. Room 4, Room 3, Room 2 and Room 1 all went inside. We sat down on the ground. I was number 7. There were a lot of cool games. We were doing them for ages but it was still a lot of fun. The cow one was the hardest for me.
